Stewart R. Albertson is a named partner with the California firm of Albertson & Davidson, LLP, where he practices in the areas of trust, estate and probate litigation and general civil litigation. Mr. Albertson is a member of both the Louisiana State Bar and the California State Bar.
Mr. Albertson, the youngest of three children, grew up in Riverside, California. After high school Mr. Albertson joined the United States Army. After finishing basic training, advanced training, and airborne school, Mr. Albertson was assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division in South Korea, Camp Casey, where he spent one year soldiering near the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). After completing his tour in South Korea, Mr. Albertson was assigned to the U.S. Army’s elite 82nd Airborne Division where he served as a paratrooper for over two years.
After completing his commitment to the U.S. Army, Mr. Albertson attended law school and received his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law and his masters in tax law (LL.M.) from the Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to law school, Mr. Albertson earned his B.S. from Southwestern Adventist University.
Mr. Albertson is an adjunct professor of law at Chapman Law School, located in Orange County, where he teaches the Wills and Trusts course.
Mr. Albertson’s hobbies include exercising, P90X, competing in triathlons, playing chess, reading non-fiction, and watching sports of all types.

Keith A. Davidson is a named partner with the California firm of Albertson & Davidson, LLP, where he practices in the areas of trust, estate and probate litigation, estate planning, business law and general civil litigation. Mr. Davidson is a member of the California State Bar.
Mr. Davidson graduated Cum Laude from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was the Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review. He has extensive experience handling complex cases for clients at nationally recognized law firms in Los Angeles and Orange County, including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP; and Sonnenschein, Nath, & Rosenthal, LLP (now known as SNR Denton). He regularly lectures on trust and estate issues; including being an adjunct professor of law at Chapman Law School in Orange County where he teaches Wills and Trusts.
Mr. Davidson’s hobbies include gardening and landscaping, spending time with his wife and two sons, reading, and baseball.
